monex is one agent with one wallet set and one job. Creator fees from this coin arrive in SOL and split into a Monero position and a buy treasury. monex buys the coin only when a Monero price rung is crossed upward, when 0.6 SOL of raw fees has stacked up, or when sixteen other wallets have traded since it last did. Every buy is committed as a hash before it fires, routed through two pools before it lands, capped at the median trade, locked for ten blocks of trades, and hidden among three decoys. Nothing here runs on a clock. The coin is a standard pump.fun coin paired with SOL.
monex is a buyer that behaves like a Monero spend. It holds a real Monero position and a SOL treasury, both funded only by this coin's creator fees. It never sells the coin. It never touches a holder. It never acts on a schedule. Three events can wake it, and when it wakes it must pass through the ring gate, publish a key image, route through a stem, accept the penalty cap, and take a ten block lock on whatever it bought.
The Monero position is the engine. The position wallet's public view key is printed on the keys page, so anyone can load it into their own node and watch the balance that monex is working from. When Monero crosses a new price rung above the position's entry, monex books the gain on that rung in SOL terms and queues it as a buy. Rungs only count once and only upward. Monero falling does nothing.
The SOL treasury is held in a confidential Token-2022 account. The chain shows an encrypted balance. This site holds the auditor key, decrypts it, and prints the number next to the ciphertext it came from, so you can see both the secret and the proof.

The fees stack up.
Every trade of the coin pays pump.fun's standard fee, buys and sells, on the curve and on PumpSwap. The creator share lands in SOL. monex claims it and splits it in two: one half goes out through NEAR intents and comes back as Monero into the position wallet, one half is deposited into the encrypted treasury. Nobody touches either side.
Something wakes it.
Three events, and only these, create a queued buy. A Monero rung: when the Monero price crosses a level 2.5 percent above the last crossed level, the gain on that rung is booked and queued. A tail fill: when 0.6 SOL of raw fees has stacked since the last tail, a minimum buy is queued with no other condition. A ring opening does not create a buy; it releases one.
It passes the gate.
A queued buy waits until sixteen distinct wallets have traded the coin since monex last filled. Then monex writes a key image, a hash of the amount and a nonce, publishes it, and fires. The buy is capped at the median of the last hundred trades and the excess is burned. The SOL travels through two intermediate pools chosen by the previous fill's signature bytes, then lands in the coin.
It locks and churns.
What monex bought becomes a lot locked for ten blocks, where a block is fifty trades of the coin. When a sell larger than the median hits the coin, monex churns: every unlocked lot moves to a freshly derived vault and the old vault is closed. Three decoy buys of the same size ride along with every fill on other coins and are unwound next round. The decoy sets are published after the fact.
| rule | detail |
|---|---|
| No clock | monex has no timer, no epoch, no schedule. Every transition is caused by a trade on the coin, a Monero price rung crossing, or a fee threshold filling. If the coin goes quiet, monex stops. |
| Standard fees, nothing extra | The coin carries no tax. pump.fun's standard fee applies to every trade. The creator share, paid in SOL, is the only money monex ever receives. |
| Two sides | Claimed fees split evenly. One side becomes Monero in the position wallet. One side becomes encrypted treasury units in a confidential Token-2022 account. |
| Rungs only count upward | A rung is a Monero price level at entry times one plus 0.025 times n. Crossing rung n for the first time books position times 0.025 as a gain in SOL terms and queues it. Rungs never uncross. |
| Tail fill | Every 0.6 SOL of raw fees queues a minimum buy with no condition. This is the only unconditional path. |
| Ring of sixteen | A queued buy executes only after sixteen distinct wallets have traded the coin since the last monex fill. The sixteen signatures are published with the fill as its ring. |
| Key image first | Before any buy, the program stores sha256 of the amount, the mint, and a nonce. The site shows the hash before the fill and the opening after it, and recomputes the hash itself. |
| Penalty cap | A buy may not exceed the median SOL size of the last hundred trades. The excess is burned as coin bought and immediately burned, never held. |
| Stem of two | The buy routes SOL through two intermediate pools before the coin. Pools are chosen by bytes 0 and 1 of the previous fill signature modulo the pool list length. |
| Ten block lock | Every lot is locked until its acquisition block plus ten. A block is fifty trades of the coin. Locked lots cannot move, even in a churn. |
| Churn on a large sell | When a sell above the median hits the coin, every unlocked lot moves to a new vault derived from the vault index plus one, and the old vault is closed on chain. |
| Three decoys | Each fill is bundled with three equal sized buys on three other coins chosen by the same signature byte method. They are unwound in the next bundle. Net SOL change of each set is published. |
| Never sells | monex has no sell instruction for the coin. Lots leave only by churn, to another monex vault. |
| Everything linked | Every signature in every table links to Solscan. Every address links to Solscan. The Monero position links to its view key. |
| monex | monero | what carries over |
|---|---|---|
| ring gate | ring signatures, ring size 16 | A real spend is indistinguishable from fifteen decoys. monex's fill is one trade among sixteen others in its window. |
| key image | key image | A commitment published once that proves a spend happened without revealing which output. monex commits the amount before it fires. |
| penalty cap | dynamic block size penalty | Blocks larger than the median are penalized. monex buys larger than the median are penalized by burning the excess. |
| ten block lock | ten block unlock time | Received outputs cannot be spent for ten blocks. monex lots cannot move for ten blocks of coin trades. |
| churn | churning | Sending funds to yourself to break the trail. monex moves lots between its own vaults when a large sell lands. |
| stem and fluff | Dandelion++ | A transaction travels a stem of relays before fluffing to the network. monex's SOL travels two pools before the coin. |
| decoys | decoy outputs | Outputs that look like the real spend. monex places three equal buys elsewhere and unwinds them. |
| tail fill | tail emission | Issuance never stops. monex's minimum bid never stops while fees exist. |
| view key | view key | A key that reveals incoming funds without the power to spend. The position wallet's view key is published on the keys page. |
| encrypted treasury | RingCT amounts | Amounts hidden on chain, provable to an auditor. The treasury balance is hidden on chain and decrypted here with the auditor key. |

The program is named monex on chain. Its IDL is published, its build is verified against the repository, and its security file carries the same name, so the program page on any explorer shows monex rather than a bare address.
